• Gemini Content: The Extension processes the content you select in Gemini conversations locally in your browser to convert it to document formats (PDF, Word, Google Docs, or Notion).
• Notion Information: When you use the Notion export feature, we request access to your Notion workspace through OAuth. The access token is stored locally in your browser (Chrome storage) and is used only to perform exports. We do not access or store other data in your workspace on our servers.
• License Key: If you use a paid plan, we store your license key to authenticate and manage access to premium features.

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your Google account for Google Drive uploads
• To convert and export your Gemini conversations to the selected document format
• To upload exported documents to your Google Drive (only when you choose Google Docs export)
• To connect with your Notion workspace and create pages in the selected database (only when you use the Notion export feature)
• To send activation keys and promotional codes: We use your email address to send activation keys, promotional codes, and service-related information. We commit to using your email solely for this purpose and will never send unsolicited commercial advertisements or marketing emails.
• To authenticate license keys and manage access to premium features

• Gemini Content: Content conversion is performed entirely in your browser for most formats

• Notion Access Token: Notion access token is securely stored in your Chrome storage and is only used to create pages in the database you have selected. We do not access other data in your Notion workspace
• License Key: License key is encrypted and securely stored in our system to authenticate access to premium features

The Extension integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth: For authentication and Google Drive access. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Notion OAuth: For authentication and Notion workspace access. Your use of Notion services is subject to Notion's Privacy Policy.
• Document Conversion Service: We use a secure webhook service to convert HTML content to PDF, Word, Google Docs, or Notion format. This service processes your content temporarily and does not store it.

We take data security seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Your email address is encrypted and stored securely in our system. Notion access token is stored locally in your browser with encryption.

• Revoke the Extension's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings
• Revoke the Extension's access to your Notion workspace at any time through Notion integration settings
• Uninstall the Extension at any time, which will remove all locally stored preferences
• Request information about what data we have collected
• Request deletion of your email address from our system
• Request to stop receiving emails from us
• Delete Notion access token at any time through extension settings
